APO-go

What is it?

A dopamine receptor agonist which has a stimulant effect at post-receptor level and is used, along with other drugs, in the treatment of Parkinson's disease. Available in ampoules for injection containing 10mg per ml of apomorphine hydrochloride and as pre-filled APO-go PEN. For hospital use.
