Cedocard Retard

What is it?

An antianginal, nitrate preparation available as sustained-release tablets in two different strengths containing isosorbide dinitrate. Scored, yellow tablets contain 20mg and scored orange tablets contain 40mng, respectively and all are marked CCSR.

Medical Uses

Prevention of angina.

Dosage

Adults, 20 to 80mg twice each day, taken in the morning and evening.

Avoid Use

Children.

Known Side Effects

Hot flushes, dizziness, headaches.
