What is it?

A Preparation Which Is A Laxative And Bulking Agent, Available As Pink Tablets Containing 500mg Methylcellulose.

Medical Uses

Constipation, Diarrhoea, Diseases Of The Diverticulum, Ieostomy And Colostomy Control, Obesity.

Dosage

Adults, Constipation, 3 To 6 Tablets At Night And In The Morning Taken With At Least 300ml Of Water Or Other Drink. Diarrhoea, Etc. , 3 To 6 Tablets Taken Twice Each Day With As Little Fluid As Possible - Avoid Drinks For 30 Minutes Before And After Taking Tablets. Obesity, 3 Tablets Taken 30 Minutes Before A Meal With At Least 30ml Of A Warm Drink, Or Take When Experiencing Hunger Pangs.

Avoid Use

Children, Patients At Risk Of Obstruction Of The Bowel And Infective Bowel Disease.
