Coro-Nitro

What is it?

An antianginal preparation available as a pump spray delivering metered doses containing 0.4mg of glyceryl trinitrate per dose.

Medical Uses

Angina.

Dosage

1 or 2 puffs at the start of an attack with a maximum dose of 3 puffs.

Special Care

To administer dose, canister should be held close to mouth and spray directed onto or beneath tongue. the mouth should then be immediately closed; care must be taken not to inhale the spray.

Avoid Use

Children.

Possible Drug and Food Interactions

Sildenafil.

Known Side Effects

Short-lived stinging in mouth, headaches, dizziness, flushing.
