What is it?

An opiate and antiemetic available as a scored pink tablet, coded WELL, COME F3Acontaining 30mg of cyclizine hydrochloride and 10mg of dipipanone hydrochloride.

Medical Uses

Moderate to severe pain.

Dosage

Adults, 1 tablet to start and then according to manufacturers's specifications.

Special Care

Pregnancy, deficiencies of cortex of adrenal glands, diabetes, enlarged prostate gland, under-active thyroid, history of drug dependency.

Avoid Use

Children, respiratory depres sion, diseases causing obstruction of the airways, serious kidney or liver disease, head injury, raised pressure within skull, acute alcoholism, ulcerative colitis.

Possible Drug and Food Interactions

Alcohol, depressants of the central nervous system, MAOIs.

Known Side Effects

Dry mouth, drowsiness, blurred vision. Tolerance and dependence may occur.
