Dalacin T

What is it?

Antibiotic preparation available as an aqueous lotion in a roll-on bottle containing 10mg of clindamycin phosphate per ml of liquid. Also, DALACIN T LOTION available as an alcohol-based solution containing 10mg of clindamycin phosphate per ml.

Medical Uses

Acne uulgeris.

Dosage

Apply twice each day to affected areas.

Special Care

Pregnancy. When using solution avoid eyes and mucous membranes. Avid use: in cases of lincomycin sensitivity.

Possible Drug and Food Interactions

Topical preparations of benzoyl peroxide.

Known Side Effects

Dermatitis, dry skin, folliculitis (solution). Discontinue should colitis or diarrhoea occur.
