A catecholamine, dopexamine hydrochloride, available in ampoules as a solution at a strength of 50mg per 5ml.

Following inotropic (i. e. affecting heart muscle contraction) support and load reduction in heart failure. Dosages etc. according to manufacturer's specifications and as directed by specialist.
