Efudix

What is it?

A cell growth inhibitor, available as a cream containing 5% fluor- ouracilUsedfor: external treatment of pre-ma lignant and malignant skin lesions.

Dosage

Apply once or twice each day to no more than 500 square centimetres of affected skin. For malignant lesions, apply a dressing if possible.

Special Care

Keep clear of eyes and mucous membranes.

Avoid Use

Children, pregnancy, breastfeeding. Side effect: irritation at site of application.
