What is it?

An antibiotic preparation available as an alcohol-based gel containing 2% or 4% erythromycin.

Medical Uses

Acne.

Dosage

Adults, start with 4% gel and apply to affected area twice each day for one month. If condition improves, switch to 2% gel and use twice each day for a further one month. Treatment period can be extended as advised.

Avoid Use

Children.

Slight skin irritation and dryness.
