What is it?

A haematinic prepparation available as film-coated, brown tablets containing 322mg of ferrous fumerate (equal to 100mg of iron), all marked FERSADAY

Medical Uses

Iron-deficiencies.

Dosage

Adults, 1 tablet taken 1 or 2 times each day.

Special Care

Previous stomach ulcer.

Avoid Use

Children.

Possible Drug and Food Interactions

Tetracycline antibiotics, chloramphenicol, pencillamine, antacid preparations.

Known Side Effects

Gastrointestinal upset.
