What is it?

A chemotherapeutic agentavailable as a solution in vials for in jection containing 10mg of calciumlevofolinate per ml.

Medical Uses

Colorectal cancer - to enhance the cytotoxicity (death of cancer cells) of 5FU; a rescue treatment after high doses of methotrexate.
