What is it?

An anti-inflammatory preparation available as an ointment containing 50 units of heparinoid per gram.

Medical Uses

Soft tissue injuries, strains and sprains.

Dosage

Apply generously to affected area 2 or 3 times each day.

Special Care

Early pregnancy (first 3 months).

Avoid Use

Mucous membranes, eyes, infected or open wounds, senile purpura.

Possible Drug and Food Interactions

Anticoagulants taken by mouth.
