Minims Fluorescein

What is it?

An ocular diagnostic stain available in the form of preservative- free, single dose eye drops in two strengths, containing 1% or 2% fluorescein sodium.

Medical Uses

To accurately locate abrasions or foreign bodies in the eye.

Dosage

Adults and children, 1 or 2 drops into the eye, as needed.

Avoid Use

Patients using soft contact lenses.
