Monophytol

What is it?

An antifungal preparation available as a 'paint' with applicator brush containing 3% salicylic acid, 5% methyl undecenoate, 3% chlorobutol, 5% propyl salicylate, 25% methyl salicylate and 0.7% propyl undecenoate.

Medical Uses

Athlete's foot.

Dosage

Apply twice each day, continuing for 2 weeks after symptoms have improved and then apply once each week for maintenance.

Avoid Use

Children, pregnancy.
