Naseptin

What is it?

An antibacterial cream containing 0.1% chlorhexidine hydrochloride and 0.5% neomycin sulphate.

Medical Uses

Staphylococcal infections of the nose or those harbouring the organism within the nose.

Dosage

Small amounts to be applied into each nostril 4 times each day for 10 days, for treatment and twice each day to eliminate organism.

Special Care

Prolonged use should be avoided.

Avoid Use

Patients with hyper sensitivity to arachis oil.
