What is it?

A cytotoxic vinca alkaloid drug produced as a solution in vials for injection containing 1mg vincristine sulphate/ml.

Certain cancers.

Dosage

Adults and children according to manufacturer's literature, by intravenous injection given by specially trained physician skilled in cancer chemotherapy.

Avoid Use

Intrathecal route - fatal if given in this way.
