Ortho-Creme

What is it?

A surfactant and spermicidal cream containing 9.2% nonoxynol, with applicator.

Medical Uses:

Female contraception, usually with diaphragm.

Dosage

1 applicatorful should be spread over the surface of the diaphragm, according to instructions, before the device is inserted. Or, 1 applicatorful is inserted into the vagina before intercourse takes place.

Special Care

Not effective as sole means of contraception.
