What is it?

An antacid and reflux suppressant available as a gluten and sugar-free liquid in aniseed flavour containing 133.5mg of sodium bicarbonate, 80mg of calcium carbonate and 250mg of sodium alginate per 5ml.

Medical Uses

Hiatus hernia, heartburn, re- flux oesophagitis and associated acid indigestion.

Dosage

Adults, 10 to 20ml taken after meals and before going to bed. Children aged over 6 years, 5 to 10ml in same way as adults.

Special Care

Patients who must restrict sodium intake.

Avoid Use

Children aged under 6 years.
