What is it?

A nutritionally incomplete preparation containing 95g of essential and nonessential amino acids, minus phenyalanine and 4.5g of carbohydrate, available as a powder.

Medical Uses

Phenylketonuria (genetic, metabolic dsorder in which there is a lack of the enzyme that converts phenylalanine to tyrosine. tested for at birth by means of the Guthrie test).
