What is it?

Nutritionally incomplete, vanilla flavoured granules, minus phenylalanine, containing essential and non-essential amino acids and carbohydrate. PKU 2 supplies 300kcal and PKU 3 supplies 288kca1, both per 100g.

Medical Uses

Phenylketonuria (genetic, metabolic dsorder in which there is a lack of the enzyme that converts phenylalanine to tyrosine. tested for at birth by means of the Guthrie test).
