What is it?

A keratolytic and cytotoxic preparation (one that kills cells and encourages skin sloughing) available as an ointment containing 25% salicylic acid and 20% podophyllum resin.

Medical Uses

Plantar warts.

Dosage

Apply to wart 2 or 3 times each week and cover with plaster.

Special Care

Do not allow contact with healthy skin.

Pain when ointment is first applied.
