What is it?

A pediculicide (preparation that kills head lice) available as an alcohol based lotion containing 0.5% malathion.

Medical Uses

Head lice.

Dosage

Rub lotion into scalp and leave to dry, then shampoo off after 10 to 12 hours. If reinfestation occurs, do not use more frequently than once a week for 3 weeks.

Special Care

Babies aged under 6 months, eczema, asthma. Do not allow lotion into contact with eyes.
