Pro-Viron

What is it?

An hormonal androgen preparation available as white, scored tablets containing 25mg of mesterolone, marked AX enclosed in a hexagon.

Medical Uses

Androgen deficiency, male infertility.

Dosage

Adults, 1 tablet 3 or 4 times each day at first, continuing treatment for a few months.

Special Care

Liver tumours; regular examination of the prostate gland should be carried out during the course of treatment

Avoid Use

Cancer of the liver or prostate gland.

Known Side Effects

Priapism (prolonged, painful erection of penis not associated with sexual arousal but symptom of underlying disorder or drug).
