Ster-Zac Powder

What is it?

A disinfectant, dusting powder containing 0.33% hexachlorophene.

Medical Uses

Prevention of staphylococcal infections in newborn babies, treatment of recurrent crops of boils caused by staphylococci or streptococci (furunculosis).

Dosage

Adults, dust onto affected area; infants, dust on at nappy change.

Special Care

Children aged under 2 years.

Avoid Use

Damaged or burned skin.
