Sustanon 100

What is it?

An hormonal depot androgen preparation available in ampoules for injection containing 20mg of testosterone propionate, 40mg of testosterone phenylpropionate and 40mg of testosterone isocaproate per ml. Also, SUSTANON 250 available in ampoules for injection containing 30mg of testosterone propionate, 60mg of testosterone phenylpropionate, 60mg of testosterone isocaproate and 100mg of testosterone decanoate per ml.

Medical Uses

Androgen deficiency in males, osteoporosis resulting from androgen deficiency.

Dosage

Adults, 1ml by deep intramuscular injection every 2 weeks; Sustanon 250, 1ml by deep intramuscular injection every 3 weeks.

Special Care

Heart, liver or kidney disorders, liver cancer, ischaemic heart disease, migraine, high blood pressure, epilepsy, very reduced sperm numbers in semen, nephrosis (kidney disease), secondary tumours in bones.

Avoid Use

Children, cancer of the prostate gland.

Possible Drug and Food Interactions

Drugs which induce liver enzymes.

Known Side Effects

Weight gain, liver tumours, fluid retention, reduced fertility, premature closure of epiphyses (ends of long bones in young persons), priapism (painful and prolonged erection of penis not connected with sexual arousal but caused by drug treatment or sickle-cell trait. Causes tissue damage if not relieved by decompression).
