What is it?

An antacid and demulcent preparation available as cream coloured tablets containing 30mg of dried aluminium hydroxide gel, 40mg of light magnesium carbonate and 200mg of alginic acid.

Medical Uses

Hiatus hernia, heartburn, acid indigestion, reflux oesophagitis, inflammation of stomach.

Dosage

Adults, 1 to 3 tablets after meals and at bedtime (4 times daily) - all tablets should be chewed. Children, half adult dose.
