What is it?

An anticoagulant and xanthine available as sustained-release, oblong, pink tablets containing 400mg of oxpentifyline.

Medical Uses

Peripheral vascular disorders.

Dosage

Adults, 1 tablet 2 or 3 times each day.

Special Care

Serious disease of coronary arteries, impaired kidney function, low blood pressure.

Avoid Use

Children.

Possible Drug and Food Interactions

Antihygertensives.

Known Side Effects

Vertigo, gastrointestinal upset, flushing.
