What is it?

A preparation which is aphotosensitiser available as a powderin vials containing 15mg ofverteporfin.

Medical Uses

Certain eye disorders caused by age-related macular degeneration or pathological myopia. For Dosages etc. manufacturer's literature must be consulted. Any adverse side effects should be reported to the Committee on the Safety of Medicines (CSM).
